Spring 2011

Grad Nite

This year, Grad Nite will be held at Disneyland from Thursday, June 16, 2011 to Friday, June 17, 2011

The cost of this event is $65 dollars which also includes transportation.

There are limited spaces for grad night, so this event will be a first come, first serve basis.

So please, turn in your dues and permission slips early!!

Graduating EEPsters will have priority for this event!!

The event lasts from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM, but we must arrive at Disneyland before 10:00 PM.

So please arrive at the lounge no later than 9 PM on Thursday, June 16, 2011. If you are not there by 9:00 PM, we will leave without you!! 

You will arrive back at school by 7:30 A.M. the next morning – Friday, June 17, 2011.

Priority Permission slips are due ASAP!!

If permission slips and dues are turned in after that deadline, there is no guarantee that a spot will be reserved for you.

The permission slips are here and here, and must be filled out and turned into the EEP OFFICE!!! 

EEPC Officers will not be accepting any permission slips. PLEASE DO NOT TURN IN PERMISSION SLIPS TO THE EEPC MAILBOX!!

Fees must be attached with a fee remittance slip and must be turn into the EEPC Mailbox!!

EEPC Officers or EEP Office will not be accepting any fees.

Formal

You are all cordially invited to: “Fly With Me” EEPC’s 2011 Spring Formal. This year, our formal will be held at the beautiful, extravagant Almansor Court: 700 South Almansor St., Alhambra, CA 91801.

Our formal will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The cost for the event is $30.00 per EEPster and $40.00 for a non-EEPster guest. Each EEPster is allowed to bring a guest that must be approved by Dr. Maddox.

The night will include delicious, scrumptious finger foods that include chocolate fondue, various desserts, and other various treats, a night full of dancing, and other fun activities. There will also be a raffle, a dance competition, and a best-dressed contest. So bring your dancing shoes and dress to impress.

There will also be a professional DJ that will cater to all our musical needs. You will be able to request songs, but e-mail Jakki if you have a song in mind that you would liked to be played that night.

There will also be a professional photographer to capture all the special moments that happen during the night. Each photo will cost around $20.00 which includes a professionally printed copy of the photo and a digital copy of the photo.

The permission slips and guest forms are here. Each guest must also fill out a permission slip form. Forms and fees are due on Monday, March 14, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Winter 2011

Laser Tag

When: Friday, February 11, 2011

Where: Alhambra Ultrazone, 231 E Main St, Alhambra, CA 91801; Find your own transportation.

Cost: $20.00

NEW: Payment must be turned in attached to a fee remittance form (you can also find this in the EEP Club corner) to the EEP Club mailbox. Otherwise, we might not be able to confirm your payment!

NEW: There are two permissions slips that need to be signed and turned in: (1) General University Permission Slip; (2) EEP Student Guidelines.

What stuff do I turn in? And where and by when? The deadline for fee payment and the two permission slips is Wednesday, February 2, 2011, at 5:00 PM, to the EEP Club mailbox.

Fall 2010

Big Bear

When: Monday, December 13, 2010 – Thursday, December 16, 2010. (week after finals)

Where: Big Bear, California.

Why: Because we get to play in the snow.

$100 per person.

Meet in the fine arts parking lot at CSULA at 9:30 AM on Monday. (where the big tree is).

Please bring food food food food or money(for food and for activities)! Other than that, all you really need to bring is clothes and toiletries.

Permission slips (there are TWO forms needed: A and B) and payment due Wednesday December 8 to the EEP mailbox!

EEP Holiday Party

When: Friday 12/10 from 5-10 PM

Where: 5:00 PM meeting at Paseo Colorado 2nd floor- in front of the movie theater

Why?: Becuase it’s awesome!

The price is $15 per person, and we will meet at the second floor of Paseo Colorado in front of the movie theater.  When everyone has arrived, we will begin the Great Holiday Adventure- rules will be announced at the event.

At 7:00, we will go to the ice skating rink for dinner and a gift exchange.

Please bring a gift of $10-$15 dollars for the gift exchange.

Fright Night: (October 30: 5:30-12:00pm) Join us for a night of danger and intrigue. Good old fashioned “Hide the Body”, costume contest, and a trip to a haunted house! Thanksgiving Potluck: (November 24) EEP Club presents its annual Thanksgiving potluck. Turkey is provided, but food donations are welcome and STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!
